Scope of Work The successful Proposer will survey properties consisting of buildings, structures, sites, and objects located in the identified historic districts located in Bangor, as shown in "Section XIV. Map of Study Area." A detailed historic context statement will be prepared in conjunction with the intensive-level survey. The fee amount must cover all aspects of the survey process (including, but not limited to, research, travel, photography, reporting, meetings and the survey project deliverables). Introduction The following "Architectural Survey" request is a portion of a larger ongoing project to be conducted over a four (4) year period to encompass surveying all of the Bangor historic districts. The proposed scope of work herein shall be funded using fiscal year 24 funds. The overall Architectural Survey project scope and funding amounts shall be subject annually to budgetary constraints. The City of Bangor requests proposals from qualified preservation professionals to update an existing architectural survey of the following historic districts in Bangor, Maine: The Great Fire District, attached as Exhibit #1. Main Street District, attached as Exhibit #2. Additional Sites, attached as Exhibit #3.
