The Chandler Unified School District is seeking qualified Construction Management at Risk firms (CM@Risk) to provide complete construction services including but not limited to design assistance, budget estimating, value engineering, scheduling and constructability analysis as required for the successful completion of the Basha High School Field House. The scope of work for the Basha High School Field House shall include, but not be limited to the following activities: Construction of a new 7,000 square-foot single story building. New building includes locker rooms, team room, coach's offices, training room, storage room, and associated equipment. Rerouting of existing utilities, as required. The CM@Risk general contractor shall be responsible for all off-site and on-site activities as required for new construction. The CM@Risk general contractor shall obtain all required permits from all governmental agencies including city, county, state and SRP. The estimated construction base bid budget is $4 Million. The School District and the General Contractor selected for the CM@R project agree to a zero dollar no cost pre-construction contract. All fees and services will be negotiated and agreed upon during the GMP negotiations but will not be considered pre-construction. The Basha High School Field House project will be designed by SPS+ Architects.
