Proposals shall be placed ina sealed envelope addressed tothe City of Okemah, 502 WestBroadway, Okemah, Oklahoma 74859 and labeled in lowerleft-hand corner: Construct Apron & Taxilane Pavement The City of Okemah, in accordance with the provisions ofTitle VI of the Civil Rights Actof 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C.2000d to 2000d-4) and theRegulations, hereby notifiesall bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contractentered into pursuant to thisadvertisement, disadvantagedbusiness enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City of Okemah, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise.
