Consent of Surety or Agreement to Bond in a form acceptable to the City, stating that, if the Bidder is awarded the Contract, the Surety will provide a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price and a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
