A Performance, Labor, and Materials Payment Bonds inthe amount of 100% of the Total Contract amount will berequired from the successful bidder prior to work on site. J.Bidders shall comply with Business EnterpriseProgram: Participation and Utilization Plan developed byHarper College. There is a 30 percent aspirational goal onthe contract. L.Bids shall be submitted in an opaque sealed envelopeaddressed to Harper College, Purchasing Department,Building A, Room A-217, 1200 W. Algonquin Road, Palatine,Illinois 60067. M.No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90)days after the submission without the consent of the Boardof Trustees.
