The Department of Military and Veteran's Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard Facilities Management Office, is soliciting bids for the restoration of roof, siding and insulation of three Armory buildings at the Hooper Bay, Alaska Army National Guard Armory in Hooper Bay, Alaska. This ITB is intended to result in hiring a Contractor to remove and replace siding, roofs, windows, doors and insulation where needed to comply with UFC and ATFP regulations. Project tasks will include demolishing existing sidings, roofs, windows, doors and insulation where needed as well as re-leveling all three structures. The replacement products must be of equal quality as existing or better. All products must be submitted to the project manager for approval. The contractor shall provide all permits, materials, labor, tools, equipment, disposal, supervision, and overhead required to complete installation and ensure safe operational condition Questions. The apparent successful bidder must execute the said contract and bonds within fifteen calendar days, or such further time as may be allowed in writing by the Contracting Officer, after receiving notification of the acceptance of their bid.
