WORK SHALL COMMENCE ON OR ABOUT SEPTEMBER 15, 2023 (ONCE COOLING SEASON IS FINISHED), AND BE SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETED BY MAY 1, 2024. A FINAL COMPLETION DATE INCLUDING PROJECT CLOSEOUT IS SET FOR JUNE 1, 2024.
