The Municipal Airport Authority of the City of Fargo, North Dakota (MAA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified Aviation Consultants for Professional On-Call Airport Engineering, Environmental, and Planning Services at Hector International Airport for the next five (5) years. Professional, technical, and advisory services are needed for projects identified in the Airport's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The first project is expected to commence during CY2024. The selected firm shall demonstrate experience and have the ability to assist the airport in all categories of airport development including: 1. Engineering Design and Construction Administration for various airside/landside engineering projects. 2. Environmental Consulting Services. Projects may include airport engineering, environmental and planning services, airside/landside design, construction administration, along with federal and state program management in support of the following projects anticipated to occur in the next five years: 1. Runway, Taxiway, Apron Reconstruction/Rehabilitation 2. Runway, Taxiway, and Apron Construction 3. ILS, NAVAIDS and Approach Lighting System Improvements 4. Parking Lot Rehabilitation 5. Road Construction, Reconstruction, and Rehabilitation 6. PFC Program Updates 7. Environmental Assessments 8. Master Plan Updates The Professional Services (A/E) Contract(s) amount under this selection are anticipated to exceed $150,000.
