The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to install new siding and complete additional repairs for the Rehab of the Resident Office located in Indianapolis, IN. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, materials, and equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. LOCATION: DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY U.S. Army Corps of Engineers USACE Resident Office 9837 Beaumont Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46216 This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 238170, Siding Contractors--(Size Standard: $19 Million). Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the contractor. In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price quote, the Offeror must complete their Representation and Certifications located in the solicitation. One award will be made from this Solicitation. The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government. Quotes are due on 06 September 2023 at 12:00PM Eastern Time. Only Electronic submittals will be accepted. You may submit your quote to amy.m.phillips@usace.army.mil. SITE VISITS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. To have a full understanding of the scope of work a site visit is highly encouraged. A site visited will be held on 23 August 2023 at 10:00AM EST. AN OFFEROR MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT WHEN PLACING AN OFFER/QUOTATION PACKAGE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. REGISTRATION CAN BE COMPLETED FREE OF CHARGE AT www.sam.gov. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer - System for Award Management, which indicates "All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT)." Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.SAM.gov. The process can usually be completed from 24 to 48 hours after submission. Contractors will need to obtain a Unique Entity Identifier for processing their registration. If you do not already have a Unique Entity Identifier, one can be obtained from http://www.SAM.gov.
