The work includes masonry repair, roof repair, wall assembly waterproofing repair and parkade soffit concrete repair. The project base scope of work includes but not limited: Install patch membrane and new cap sheet membrane to repair roof blister, roof work needs to be done by RCABC certificated roofer. Removal and recycling or disposal of the existing broken masonry units and replace with new masonry unit to fit gap and match existing type and color. Maintain existing thru-wall membrane and provide sealant to the masonry according to the specs. Revise wall assembly on targeted area to repair waterproofing issue around the amenity room. Remove surface corrosion on target areas in parkade soffit concrete and infill concrete to fix the exposing rebar issue. Any damage caused to the interior finishes as a result of ongoing construction to be replaced with new to match existing by the contractor. Provide mock-up of all details for approval prior to proceeding with subsequent installation Contractor is responsible for safety on job site during construction.
