This project will construct site and building accessibility improvements at the Laurelhurst Community Center and Montlake Community Center. Site Work at both facilities will include grading, sidewalk installation, drainage improvements, playground resurfacing, and other Work. Building Work at both facilities will include case work, restroom improvements, automatic door opener installation and other Work For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Parks type of project with a Past Performance of 28% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
