The "FY 2023-2024 Veterans Memorial Design & Installation" which is located at 124 Dundee Road, Dundee, Florida 33838 includes, but shall not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to demolish, remove existing structures, haul away all old materials, and design and construct the proposed Veterans Memorial as depicted in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Contractor must be familiar with the Davis Bacon Act and comply with applicable law and all requirements set forth by the Davis Bacon Act, and Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to design and construct a monument as depicted in Exhibit "A". Contractor shall be responsible for complying with applicable law, and Contractor shall submit all plans to the Town of Dundee for approval and permitting. Contractor shall comply with any additional requirement(s) which are set forth by the Work Summary and/or Contract Documents. Questions may be submitted to the Interim Town Clerk until 3:30pm on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. The Town of Dundee, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, reserves the right to reject any and all bids received pursuant to this RFP 23-06, re-advertise RFP 23-06, waive informalities, and the Town of Dundee may enter into a contract determined, in the sole discretion of the Town of Dundee, to be in its best interest, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions referenced herein. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
