Replace existing AC-12 with new fan wall type unit and provide variable refrigerant flow system for supplemental cooling to downstream zone serving Deans suite. Estimated project duration is 540 calendar days. There is no charge for the Bid Documents which will be made available to the prequalified bidders. Only prequalified bidders will be allowed to submit a Bid on this project. The following bidders have been prequalified to bid on this project: Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Lump Sum Base Bid, excluding alternates, shall accompany each Bid. The Surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, listed in the latest published State of California, Department of Insurance, list of Insurers Admitted to Transact Surety Insurance in This State. The successful Bidder shall pay all persons providing construction services and/or any labor on site, including any University location, no less than the UC Fair Wage (defined as $15 per hour) and shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local working condition requirements.
