Early site construction of Fire Station #2 Work will include the following trades: Earthwork IUG Utilities (No Fire Line) I Site and Building Concrete Sealed bids submitted prior to the bid opening shall be sent to Flintco, LLC. 184 E. Fantinel Blvd., Springdale, AR 72762. Process for submitting bids: Bids must be submitted on the supplied bid form. The bid form for each trade package can be found in the Flintco Construction Manager's Bid Manual. Bidders must acknowledge all addenda and Construction Manager's Clarifications on the bid proposal form. Successful bidders providing a complete, responsive and responsible bid will be required to execute a contract with Flintco, LLC. Bidders must be prepared to provide insurance as specified in the Construction Manager's Bid Manual portion of the bidding documents. 7. This project will utilize a Subcontractor Default Insurance policy for Performance and Payment Bonding on subcontractors. The Performance and Payment Bond shall be excluded from the scope of work and base bid for the project. Each subcontractor must be prequalified prior to execution of the subcontract. Contractors without a current qualification file will receive a Pre-qualification Request via Building Connected email. Please complete the form completely and accurately. All information requested is required for prequalification purposes. 8. **Please note that successful bidders will be required to sign our Flintco standard subcontract / purchase order and follow Flintco's safety policies. Subcontractors will be required to furnish insurance as outlined in the specifications, as well as provide a waiver of subrogation and list Flintco, Owner, and Architect as an additional insured. A reflective vest, shirt, or jacket, hardhat, cut resistant gloves and eye protection are required as mandatory personal protective equipment on all Flintco projects. 9. Bidders shall conform with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Arkansas as well as all other applicable State & Federal Statues. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on the day of bid opening. All bidders shall conform to the requirements of Arkansas Code Annotated 17-25-101, Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors. 10. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids without consent of the Owner. 11.
