Partial concrete reconstruction of improved alleys in various locations across Dallas The City of Dallas (City) is soliciting bids to establish a one (1) year service contract for maintaining various improved alleys. The one-year term is to allow justified adjustments to contract time due to unforeseen circumstances in which the authorized work could not have been completed due to extreme or otherwise abnormal inclement weather patterns. The one-year service contract further allows the provision to improve the alleys, over and above those scheduled to be done at the start of the fiscal year. Cashier's Check or Acceptable Bidder's Bond Payable to the City, In an Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent of the Total Bid Submitted Must Accompany Bid. Two Copies of the Bid Must Also Accompany the Bid Original. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. Questions Due Date: Aug 22nd 2023, 5:00 PM CDT
