The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting responses from qualified design-build teams to complete a citywide design-build project for the planning, management, design, construction and full deployment of an LED Streetlight Conversion Project. This project involves converting the City's existing 30,000+ streetlights to LED. The types of streetlights include intersection, arterial roadways, collector roadway, and residential roadway fixtures. The Project shall address the City's different street sizes and account for the different distribution and illumination necessitated by street width. Once approved, the fixtures in the City Standards will be updated. Question Deadline 09/05/2023 at 12:00 PM PT All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted electronically through the NGEM system using the Questions Tab. Questions must be submitted prior to the Question Cutoff Date and Time shown in both the Event Details and Questions Tabs. The City currently has $5,000,000 available for this project and is seeking a financed purchase and installation solution. Project estimate is between $10,000,000 and $12,000,000, not including add alternates. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
