This scope does not include the electronic lockers at the Milpitas and Berryessa BART Stations. Those electronic lockers were recently purchased and do not need to be replaced. Question Deadline 08/29/2023 at 4:00 PM PT The Services will be completed in a minimum of two phases over two years (2023 -2024). Operations and maintenance must begin with the first phase of lockers and continue through the full five-year contract (see Section J) . All lockers must be delivered by May 2024. (Phase 1) 100 lockers will be delivered and installed by November 1, 2023. (Phase 2) Approximately 100 lockers will be delivered and installed by March 1, 2024, or sooner. We expect a cost proposal to be within a range of $1,400,000 - $1,700,000 for services and items proposed in the scope of work Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal: 6% DBE Goal The questions and answers will not be included in the minutes.
