The Work shall consist of, The Contractor to provide labor services and supervision, construction equipment, and tools to replace failing Eaton Ampguard electrical gear with Rockwell starters. Electrical installation of new conductors, cables, raceway, instrumentation, electrical equipment, support systems, equipment pads and anchorage, evaporative cooler improvements, and electrical system analysis and all other Work as described in the Bid Documents. Engineer's estimate: $850,000.00 Question Deadline 09/15/2023 at 10:00 AM PT Provides bonds and certificate(s) of insurance as required by the Contract Documents; then this obligation under this Bid Bond shall be null and void The Contractor will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond . The Owner requires the Project commence within 15 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Final Notice to Proceed and the Project be completed in accordance with the Substantial and Final Completion dates . Bidders are hereby notified that the prevailing wage rates established by the Nevada State Labor Commission must be paid to all workmen engaged in the performance of any public works construction contracts awarded for the amount of $100,000 or more. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including, without limitation, the right to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids, and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of Owner to make an award to that Bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed by the Contract Documents and Nevada State law.
