Main Street, Perry, New York 14530), on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Bidding Documents will not be available from MRB Group or the Owner.Instructions to Bidders. The Village of Perry, Wyoming County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises and Section 3 eligible firms are encouraged to apply. This project is funded under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, as administered by the NYS Office of Community Renewal and is subject to the provisions of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended and other CDBG Program Regulations. Prospective bidders should review the CDBG requirements included in the Contract Documents. The Village of Perry does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Project has an expected duration of 133 days.
