This will be a Construction Manager at Risk Project pursuant to ARS Section 34- 601 et seq. A general description of the Project is: Phase 2 of Desert Sky Park will focus on Parks and Recreation amenity development for the remaining 72 acres and will include 12 multipurpose fields including a championship field with bleachers, a festival area for food truck and gathering spaces, splash pad, trail head, restroom building, Sensory Playground, and Parking accommodations for all the amenities in addition to a maintenance building. The project includes reclaimed water line and reclaimed water recovery for peak irrigation demands. This project will focus on the build-out of the unimproved areas of Desert Sky Park. SOQs must be submitted as stated in the requirements of the Request for Qualification (RFQ). The SOQ must include all information items listed in the RFQ in the order listed. SOQ cannot be received after the time specified, the eBuilder software will not accept it (No amendments will be accepted). It is the PM/CM's responsibility to assure SOQ's are received at the above link on or before the specified time
