Scope of Project. The scope of work to be performed by Contractor is more particularly described in: (i) Schedule 1-A; (ii) this Contract; and (iii) the RFP/RFQ, which is attached to this Contract as Schedule 1-D and made a part hereof. Contractor warrants and represents that Contractor has read, understands, and will perform all work in accordance with each of the terms of these documents. Provided, Contractor and GRDA may agree in writing to expand the scope of work to be performed by Contractor by fully executing Schedule 1-F. The Grand River Dam Authority is seeking responses for turnkey all inclusive (new carbon PS830 GAC, removal of spent carbon, disposal, freight, travel, insurance, all overhead) per trip basis. Each delivery will consist of 240 cubic feet with total trips estimated at six over an eighteen (18) month period totaling 1,440 cubic feet The blanket agreement is for a 12-month period, commencing October 2, 2023, or date of award, whichever is later and ending October 1, 2024. The blanket agreement may be renewed at the same terms and conditions for up to three (3) one-year option periods. IP License. Contractor hereby grants to GRDA a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use any of Contractor s intellectual property used in the performance of the Project, including, but not limite.
