Glen Hills Utility District is requesting Bids for the construction of the following project: 2023 Water Line Relocatton Project The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 1,759 Linear Feet of 12 inch Water Line, 160 Linear Feet of 6 inch Water Line, 100 Linear Feet of 4 inch Water Line, 60 linear feet of 3 inch water line, and Appurtenances. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Base Bid Schedule - All Water Lines, Service lines, And Appurtenances. Owner anticipates that the Projects total bid price will be approximately $250,000. The Project has an expected duration of 90 days. Electronically will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only Electronically. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained Electronically The lssuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Glen Hills Utility District 2710 Newport Highway, Greeneville, TN 37743 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the lssuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm,and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the lssuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the lssuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the lssuing Office. Bid documents shall be provided by electronic copy of the contract documents. lnstructions to Bidders.
