Firms submitting a proposal must be able to operate as described herein and meet the requirements below at a minimum. If you have any questions on the aspects of this proposal, they should be directed via the City of Sacramento's online bid portal per the instructions and deadlines outlined in the RFP. Platform replacement will include (but are not limited to) the following: Removal and disposal of existing platform and ladders Concrete rebar scanning and adhesive anchor installation Installation of new stainless-steel platform, ladders, guardrail and fall arrest anchorage Cleaning and disinfection of the reservoir per AWWA standards. The reservoir will be drained by the City prior to the start of work. All ingress/egress into reservoir shall be through the interior access well only. Craning material to the roof or suspending above the facility will not be allowed. Implementing and maintaining environmental and personnel controls inside and around the exterior of the tank Providing all necessary power if on-site power is not sufficient to complete work Providing and implementing noise abatement mitigation measures to meet City noise ordinance Storm water controls around work area Safety controls for staff and maintaining access for inspectors and special inspections Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 09/06/2023 5:00 PM (PDT)
