All questions must be received no later than 3:00 PM MT Friday, August 25, 2023, Requests for Information, support and questions shall be directed to: Alyssa Lee Alyssa.Lee@ColoradoSprings.gov The Contractor shall complete all work within 450 Calendar Days after the Notice to Proceed. General Requirements - Insurance Required For contracts in excess of $50,000, the Contractor shall furnish to the City each of the following: a Performance Bond, a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, and a Maintenance Bond. Each such bond shall be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Bonds shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days after notification of award of a Contract. The cost of all bonds shall be included in Contractor's Bid. *The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities and/or irregularities in a Bid. Whether or not a contract is awarded as a result of this Invitation for Bid, as stated above, bid preparation costs are not reimbursable. Estimated Project Magnitude: $1,000,000 - $1,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
