Reference Number 0000328002 The Town of Middletown is embarking upon an initiative to integrate the Town and School accounting departments into a single unit located at Town Hall. In light of this merger, there is a critical need to establish an efficient and organized workspace within the Town Hall premises to accommodate the additional staff. The Town seeks to engage the services of a qualified architect to review the existing building layout, propose innovative space utilization solutions, and enhance the overall layout to improve the experience for both employees and residents seeking Town services. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Questions received after that time will not be addressed. Questions shall be emailed to mtanguay@middletownri.com. All submitted questions and the town's written response to each will be available as an addendum on or before Friday, September 1, 2023. Potential bidders are responsible for contacting the Middletown Finance Director at mtanguay@middletownri.com to request a copy of the addendum. *The Town of Middletown reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or any part of a Proposal.
