The City of Santa Monica is requesting bids for fencing and gate services for the various divisions of Public Works which include, service, repair, maintenance, purchase and installation of permanent fences, temporary fences, gates and associated motors and access controls. Please refer to the list below for locations and descriptions of services needed. These locations represent the highest usage. Additional locations may have requests on occasion for repairs. Please note that services, purchase, and installation of fencing and gates will be performed on an as needed basis. Question Deadline 08/31/2023 at 3:00 PM PT The City reserves the right to award the bid to separate bidders on any of the items as provided in and set forth in the bidder's proposal form furnished by the City. It is further understood that if the bidder to whom any award is made fails to enter into a contract with the City, award may be made to the next best bidder, who shall be bound to perform as if she, he or it received the award in the first instance.
