Title: Round Hill Pines Resort Historic Buildings Stabilization, Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit Description of Work The Round Hill Cabins Stabilization Project includes the stabilization of three cabins at the Round Hill Pines Resort near South Lake Tahoe, NV. The work includes painting three cabins, new roofs on two cabins, stabilization of the foundation for one cabin, and window shutter installation. Pedestrian access to National Forest Lands must be maintained during the project implementation. This project will require coordination with the Round Hill Pines resort special use permit holder. Additional Information This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238160 - Roofing Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard of $19M. The Forest Service intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation.
