The work includes milling and resurfacing of Prospect Street, Carteret Street and Ampere Parkway to the limits shown on the plans. In addition, installation of handicap access ramps where required, replacement of drive- way aprons with concrete, replacing existing curb with Belgian block where noted, installation of new stormwater catch basin castings & curb pieces where required, replacement of storm sewer pipes as shown and additional miscellaneous improvements. Work to be completed in 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bids must be made on proposal forms and must be enclosed in sealed, spe- cial addressed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and work bid upon, on the outside, and must be accompanied by a duly executed. Bidders shall also comply with (Prevailing Wage) . Township of Bloomfield reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law. An award will be made, or Bid Packets will be rejected within sixty (60) Calendar Days after the opening of the Bid Packets, during which time the Bid Packets shall be irrevocable and unavailable to withdraw by Bidders, unless otherwise extended in the Contract Documents. All contracts and subcontracts for construction or purchase of materi- als are subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Community Development
