Scope: The purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit quotes from qualified contractors to Install Flat Deck Cap Sheet Roof w/ Slope Roof Transition, Install New Roof, Install Hurricane Clips, House Numbers, Paint House Complete, Install Aluminum Ramp, Pour Concrete Driveway, Install Cabinets and Countertop, Repair Drywall, Install Vanity w/Sink, Replace Shower, Replace Tub with Shower with Grab Bars, Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detectors W/ Arc Fault, Install Exterior Light Fixture, Repair Electrical Service, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Quote. HOUSING REHABILITATION FOR NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES DIVISION The City will NOT HOLD a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Bidders are advised to closely examine the solicitation package.
