The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for a water sourced secondary loop cleaning at the Sheriff Office. Project is to include the flushing, cleaning, filtration, and refilling of water sourced loops. The loops treat the cooling tower and ancillary systems, snow melt system, and Sheriff Office Administration Building heat pumps. Work may commence after October 1, 2023. Work is to be performed during normal business hours Mon - Fri 8am-5pm unless preauthorized arrangements are made with Facilities. All work is to be done in a first-class manner. Once the project is started, work will be continuous until the point of completion. Kent County desires a completion date by December 31, 2023. Kent County, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, or award to the Respondent deemed most advantageous, while reserving the right to weigh other factors in the decision. Kent County reserves the right to waive irregularities of the Solicitation process or award by line item when applicable.
