The Rosebud IHS Hospital intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service Purchase Order in respose to Request for Quote (RFQ) RFQ-23-RB-042. Any questions are due August 18, 2023 by 1:00 pm CST. Services will be provided for the Rosebud IHS Hospital, 800 Hospital Drive, Rosebud, SD 5570. The period of performance will be 120 days from Date of Award TO PROVIDE INSTALLATION OF 2 COILING WINDOWS AND 2 TEPERED GLASS WINDOWS AT THE ROSEBUD INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE UNIT IN ROSEBUD SOUTH DAKOTA. THIS IS AN ALL INCLUSIVE COST CONTRACT WHICH MEANS ALL TRAVEL, LODGING, PER DIEM, MILEAGE, STATE, LOCAL AND FEDERAL TAXES ARE INCLUDED. SPECIFICATIONS OF DOOR SERVICES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: 1. PROVIDE AND INSTALL 1-36"X42" OH COILING COUNTER DOOR WITH A 20 MINUTE FIRE RATING WITH MANUAL OPERATION WITH STANDARD GRAY FINISH WITH SLIDE LATCHBOLTS ON BOTTOM RAIL. 2. PROVIDE AND INSTALL 1-90"X42" OH COILING COUNTER DOOR WITH A 20 MINUTE FIRE RATING WITH MANUAL OPERATION WITH STANDARD GRAY FINISH WITH SLIDE LATCHBOLTS ON BOTTOM RAIL. 3. PROVIDE AND INSTALL 1-36"X32" TEMPERED GLASS FOR SERVICE WINDOW TO INCLUDE ALUMINUM FRAME TO HOLD GLASS AT COUNTER DOOR. 4. PROVIDE AND INSTALL 1-90"X32" TEMPERED GLASS FOR SERVICE WINDOW TO INCLUDE ALUMINUM FRAME TO HOLD GLASS AT COUNTER DOOR. 5. PROVIDE ALL MATERIAL TO INSTALL ROLLING DOORS AND TEMPERED GLASS. 6. PROVIDE 2 COUNTERTOPS FOR THE COUNTERS 7. INSTALL FIREFLY UNIT DOOR RELEASE FOR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM.
