A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. Scope of Work Summary: Renovate existing kitchen into new commercial kitchen with new cabinets, appliances, ventilation, exhaust, and heating. Work includes new electrical panel and new finish work. Questions must be directed in writing to info@carpenterassoc.com no later than 4:30 P.M., Wednesday, September 6, 2023. The response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be emailed to all Plan Holders by end of day September 8, 2023.
