Reference Number 0000328096 The Santa Cruz Port District invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bid proposals for Santa Cruz Harbor G-Dock Lift Station Upgrade Project - 2023. Work required as part of this project consists, in general, of the rehabilitation and replacement of one sanitary sewer lift station (located in Santa Cruz Harbor, near G-Dock), including appurtenant hardware and portions of the gravity main and force main pipeline. Contractor will be required to ensure that the existing lift station and/or an approved bypass system are functional and capable of transporting wastewater throughout the duration of the project. Job Santa Cruz Harbor, CA A valid State of California Class A Contractors License is required for this work. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed according to Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professional Code A Bid Deposit equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid shall be placed in the sealed Proposal. The Bid Deposit shall be in one of the following forms: cash, cashiers check or certified check payable to the District, or bidders bond in favor of the District executed by an authorized surety company acceptable to the District on the form included in the Proposal package Guaranty bonds as set forth in Section 3 of the General Provisions, executed by a surety (or sureties) acceptable to the District on the forms provided in the Proposal package, will be required from the successful bidder. *The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informality or minor irregularity in the bids.
