The Project includes the following Work: This work will consist of a Sanitary Sewer extension with manhole installation and service connections. Installation of 8" ductile iron watermain with associated fittings and hydrant assemblies. Installation of 12", 18", and 30" RCP storm sewer for drainage improvements. Demolition of existing HMA parking lot and construction of full depth HMA parking lot with Barrier curb and concrete sidewalks. Removal and replacement of electrical conduit, cable, and new light poles. Detention basin earthwork and general onsite earthwork grading. The Project has an expected completion date of December 1st, 2023 for all underground utility work. If due to inclement weather pavement work and landscape restoration cannot be completed this year the Village will work with the contractor to allow a spring 2024 restoration. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website bidlist.fw Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders shall register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Instructions to Bidders.
