1. GENERAL: The Fort Yuma Health Center (FYHC) serves the tribal communities in Southwest Arizona. FYHC is headquartered at Fort Yuma Indian Health Center in Winterhaven Ca. The facility is accredited through the AAAHC. FYHC is a 76,000 square foot facility that provides the American Indian/Alaskan Native community with general medical services. Specialty outpatient services are provided on-site by IHS or off-site referrals. 2.
