This project will consist of pavement marking in various locations across the City of Perrysburg. Due to fading, the existing pavement markings need new paint to be applied to them. All paint must adhere to the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices standards. EXPECTED START DATE: October 16, 2023 FINAL COMPLETION DATE: November 17, 2023 Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023. A copy of the Ordinance 08-2023 is included in the attachment list. Prospective bidders may address inquiries to Brian Thomas through electronically. All inquiries must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM on August 28, 2023. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
