The City of Perrysburg hereby invites qualified firms to provide all labor & materials to remove and replace approx. 1,200 LF of sewer ranging in size from 4" to 24" in diameter. Do to the location of the sewer, there will also be approximately 3,065 sf of sidewalk that will be removed and replaced as part of the project. Other incidentals include driveway repair, pavement repair, tree removals, and required erosion and sediment control. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance, performance and payment bonds. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. Prospective bidders may address inquiries to Brian Thomas through the electronically. All inquiries must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM on August 28, 2023. The project is located within the City of Perrysburg corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection. In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023. A copy of the Ordinance 08-2023 is included in the attachment list. The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
