Complete roadway reconstruction of Detroit Street and Main Street. Other work includes replacement of storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water lines, lead service line replacement, permeable pavement, and stormwater best management practices. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 550 calendar days, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions in an additional 30 calendar days.
