The intent of this project is to provide the City of Irwindale with a complete set of detailed engineering designed plans, specifications, and cost estimates (PS&E) for improvements to Irwindale's Civic Center area which will include demolition of existing landscape, curb & gutter, fountain and hardscape and installation of new asphalt concrete parking area, landscaping, fountain, digital display sign, hardscape, irrigation modifications and striping. Engineering Department hereby requests proposals from qualified firms to provide civil, landscape and structural design services for the Civic Center Improvements Project (P-1054). A It is expected that the selected firm will provide experienced professionals who will provide the requested services for projects as needed by the City. The consultant is required to provide their own transportation, safety outfits, cell phone, digital camera, computer, laptop, or other equipment and tools needed for the associated work activities.
