The Fauquier County Board of Supervisors and The Warrenton-Fauquier Airport are seeking qualified consultants to provide engineering services for Airport Capital Improvement Projects which may be funded at Local, State or Federal levels. The successful respondent shall be on-call and shall provide services only as needed and requested by the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport. All services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications contained herein and attached hereto. Also pursuant to applicable law, the project fee for any single project that the successful Offeror(s) may be asked to undertake pursuant to this RFP, or for which it is requested to provide a proposal, may not exceed $2,500,000 ($2.5 Million); however, the total of all projects awarded by the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport to the Offeror each year of the term pursuant to this RFP may not exceed $10,000,000 ($10 Million). Any single project fee expected to exceed $150,000 must first be authorized by the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
