Reference Number 0000327734 2023 DETENTION PONDS IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Construction of the following Work: 1. Schedule A (W. 44 th Ave. Pond) - Grading and removal of excess sediment, reroute of 30" RCP storm sewer and addition of a drop manhole, construction of three (3) concrete forebays, construction of a concrete channel drop structure, modifications to the existing micropool, and construction of concrete trickle channel with ancillary construction items, and site restoration. 2. Schedule B (Wyoming St. Pond)- Grading and removal of excess sediment, construction of a pond access road, construction of 24" RCP storm sewer and drop manhole, construction of two (2) concrete forebays, construction of a concrete micropool, modifications to the existing outlet structure, and construction of concrete trickle channel with ancillary construction items, and site restoration. In addition to the 2023 Program, the City shall have the right, but not the obligation, to extend this Agreement for additional one-year terms, up to four (4) times if mutually agreeable to the Parties for future Pond Improvement Projects. Agreement renewals shall be in writing and signed by both Parties. This Agreement does not guarantee that the City will engage Contractor during the term of this Agreement or subsequent extensions. If engaged in future annual programs, the Contractor will be provided and updated scope of services for a specific Project, and Contractor shall provide pricing to be formalized in an amendment to this Agreement.
