INTRODUCTION: Saint Joseph Hospital is inviting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified individuals, firms and organizations capable of providing Saint Joseph Hospital Owner's representative and project management services for the renovation of the 6th Floor Patient wing at St. Joseph Hospital, with an Aging Friendly focus. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Saint Joseph Healthcare will be renovating multiple patient rooms to create an 'Age Friendly' environment. The intent will be to re-shape patient rooms to adapt physical structures to be more inclusive and receptive to the needs of our patient population to improve the quality of life of our aging-patients during their stay at St. Joseph Hospital. - Upgrades, remodeling and improvements to the "Aging Friendly 6th Floor Wing" (approximately 3,000 square feet) an acute patient room wing on the 6th Floor of the St. Joseph Hospital. - We will be hosting an optional site tour AUGUST 22ND.
