The 633d Contracting Squadron is seeking quotations to provide, install, and dispose of four (4) CRAC units at Bldg 1387. Quotations shall include all necessary material, labor, and equipment, and shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Offerors are advised to thoroughly review all attachments. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The following is a list of principal work items. Additional work that is not listed but may be required to accomplish the desired results is inclusive in this project scope. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, testing, transportation, supervision, perform field investigations, and prepare minimal design documents for the following: Project Work Order: SR36406023 Project Title: B1387 Provide, Install and Dispose (Repair by Replacement) CRAC Units (4X) Location: Fort Eustis, Virginia Project Manager: Shelby Lee 2. Project Location Bldg. 1387, Main Server Room (3x) and Small Server Room (1x) 3. Scope of Work A. Repair by Replacement B1387 four (4) CRAC Units located in main Server Room, 1X Data Air and 2x Vertiv Units and 1x DX Minisplit unit in Small Server Room, with three (3x) new units (recommended 30 Ton Liebert CW Precision Cooling System and one (1x) new 3 Ton Minisplit DX unit. Furthermore, three new 30 Ton units will require installation of a Chilled Water System. B. Secure the four CRAC units for repair by replacement: Properly disconnect all mechanical and electrical interfaces to units and properly secure for new equipment installation. Includes all indoor/outdoor units and DX piping for demolition. (PWS 2.6.1, 2.5.2.2.4.2, 2.6.4.8.2) C. Remove and dispose of two (2) of the four (4) existing CRAC units off base, Removed Data Air unit and Minisplit DX unit.
