Scope of Work for Pump Repairs/Overhauls The typical work scope would include the following items DCWS staff shall remove the pump from service and prepare it for pickup and/or transportation from a DCWS facility to the Contractor s repair facility. DCWS facilities are located at 235 Deming Way, Summerville SC 125 Heather wood Dr, St George SC 2900 Landing Pkwy, North Charleston SC Description: Dorchester County is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for pump inspections and pump repair services on an as-requested basis. The initial term of any contract derived from this solicitation shall be ONE (1) year from the date of contract execution by the County. At the County s discretion, the contract may be renewed for FOUR (4) additional ONE (1) year terms Question Deadline 09/01/2023 at 2:00 PM ET Payment Bond: 100% of the total amount of the Contract. Performance Bond: 100% of the total amount of the Contract Attorneys-in-fact who sign bid bonds or performance bonds must file with each bond a certified and effective, dated copy of their power of attorney. The County reserves the right to 1) reject any or all proposals and any part of a proposal; 2) waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in proposals received; and 3) award the proposal(s) received on the basis of individual items or services or groups of items or services or the entire list of items or services.
