This is a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation Notice for solicitation number 75H70123Q00019, Tesuque Lagoon Improvements, a construction project for the Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Engineering Services (DES) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. PROPOSAL DUE DATE: SEE SF1442 BLOCK 13. The purpose of this project is for the construction of replacement of the transfer piping between cell 1 and cell 2 in the lagoon system on the Pueblo of Tesuque to serve approximately 133 homes. The design is based off an inventory conducted by the Tesuque Utility Authority and the Indian Health Service. This project will be procured as a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. QUOTE DUE DATE: The quoter's quotation shall be submitted electronically no later than the due date and time indicated in block 13 of the SF 1442, unless changed by amendment. EVALUATION: In accordance with FAR 13.106-2, the evaluation for this award will be based on price and the quoter's compliance with the terms and conditions for this request for quotes; see Section L. The quoter shall possess all necessary certifications to perform the work specified in Section C in order to be eligible for award.
