This is a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation Notice for solicitation number 75H70123Q00019, Tesuque Lagoon Improvements, a construction project for the Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Engineering Services (DES) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. PROPOSAL DUE DATE: SEE SF1442 BLOCK 13. The purpose of this project is for the construction of replacement of the transfer piping between cell 1 and cell 2 in the lagoon system on the Pueblo of Tesuque to serve approximately 133 homes. The design is based off an inventory conducted by the Tesuque Utility Authority and the Indian Health Service. This project will be procured as a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. The associated size standard for this procurement is $45 million. Please review all attachments to this notice for details. OF WORK: See Section C of the attached solicitation for details. OF PROJECT: Santa Fe North, NM 87506 (See Attachment J05 Map) TERO: TERO fees do NOT apply. CONSTRUCTION : Period of is 60 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed. CONSTRUCTION : In accordance with FAR 36.204, the of this construction project is anticipated to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. : See Section L.1. FAR 52.236-27 (CONSTRUCTION)(FEB 1995) CONTRACT TYPE: The IHS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) construction contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 13 and 36 procedures. QUOTE REQUIREMENTS: See Sections L&M of the solicitation. QUOTE DUE DATE: The quoter's quotation shall be submitted electronically no later than the due date and time indicated in block 13 of the SF 1442, unless changed by amendment. EVALUATION: In accordance with FAR 13.106-2, the evaluation for this award will be based on price and the quoter's compliance with the terms and conditions for this request for quotes; see Section L. The quoter shall possess all necessary certifications to perform the work specified in Section C in order to be eligible for award. Prices quoted must reflect the quoter's understanding of the requirement, ability to perform, and be considered fair and reasonable to the Government. Price is the discriminating factor for award among eligible quoters. The total firm fixed price listed in block 17 of the SF1442 and on the attached price schedule in Section B shall be utilized for the overall price evaluation and to determine the lowest priced quote.
