PROJECT LOCATION: Bernstein High School is located at 1309 N. Wilton Place, Hollywood, CA 90028 ADA Upgrades The scope of this project includes additional paving for Path of Travel and accessible concrete seating. Renovations for two restrooms located near Soccer Field. Installation of new Hi-Low drinking fountain. Provide new roof cap, roof curb. Install new signages. Install new duct up to roof per Mechanical plans. Install new WC including accessories as shown on Plumbing plans. Civil Scope. Includes installation of new HDPE Storm Drain and subdrain lines around the perimeter of the field, catch basin cleanouts and flat drains. Synthetic Turf Replacement. Replacement of existing turf at soccer/softball field, including school Logo. Synthetic turf colors must be pre-approved by OEHS. Landscaping. Remove and dispose existing trees and planting, irrigation equipment including lateral lines, heads, valve boxes. Protect 3" mainline. Provide new landscape wall plants and trees, new irrigation system to connect to existing controller. Install Stabilized decomposed granite and concrete paths. Refinish and add new nets to existing moveable soccer goals. Concrete Paving. Scope include to sawcut and remove paving at portion of Fire Lane, regrade and install heavy duty concrete. Metal Fence: Contractor is to fabricate and install new 16' height chain link fence where existing fence is located near N. Van Ness Avenue according to details on Architectural plans and Specifications. 1. ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADE TO SPORT FIELD RESTROOMS 2. INSTALL NEW PLANTERS 3. NEW ACCESSIBLE SEATING AND PATH OF TRAVEL 4. NEW LOW CONCRETE WALLS 5. REPLACE APP.83.527SF.OF SOCCER/SOFTBALL FIELD 6. REPLACE AND INSTALL NEW 16' FENCE.
