The City of Milwaukie (City) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms for engineering services on multiple water projects over approximately five (5) years. Each project will contain varying levels of engineering services and disciplines to be completed by the selected firms. Proposing firms should possess strong qualities in communication, timeliness and competency. A description of services, disciplines, and projects is provided under Section 3 of this document. Additionally, the water projects applicable to this solicitation are listed in the City's adopted 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and could be in a future CIP. The City's objective is to select up to two (2) qualified proposers to perform engineering services for multiple water capital improvement projects. This may result in one or more individual firms or joint proposing teams, or a combination of each, being selected under this solicitation. The City will establish a contract with each of the two selected qualified proposers and issue task orders for each of the projects to be completed. As the City begins each project, the selected firms will be contacted in alternating order to negotiate a task order, including price, under their contract for a specific project.
