CITYWIDE SIGN REPLACEMENT PROJECT The City of Glendale, Arizona, Transportation Department is seeking an experienced contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies to perform all work necessary for the construction, installation, and/or removal of traffic signing on arterials, collector, and local roadways within the City of Glendale. Each bid shall be accompanied by a proposal guarantee, in the form of a certified or cashiers check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the amount of bid, made payable to the order of the City of Glendale, Arizona, to ensure that the successful bidder will enter into the contract if awarded to him and submit the required Certificate of Insurance, Payment Bond and Performance Bond. All proposal guarantees, except those of the three lowest qualified bidders, will be returned immediately following the opening and checking of proposals. The City of Glendale reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality or irregularity in a bid. Bidders that have an open litigation with the city of Glendale will not be considered for additional work until litigation is resolved. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of fifty (50) days after opening and reading of the bids.
