Work will include the installation of new metal siding, soffits, trim, and gutters and the associated tasks with cleanup and restoration. Delivery Point 14500 Lee Rd., Brownstown, MI, 48173 Question Deadline: August 23rd, 2023, 1:00 PM Direct any/all inquiries to Neil Eby (in writing via e-mail only) Purchasing Contact: Neil Eby, Buyer neil.eby@metroparks.com (810) 644-6062 General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award The successful bidder shall be responsible for the following: o Installation of new metal siding, over existing T1-11 siding. o Inspect existing T1-11 for rot, replacing with OSB if rotted. o Installation of house wrap over existing T1-11 siding, prior to new metal siding installation. o Removal of existing gutters and downspouts, install new 6" metal commercial grade gutters and down spout. o Install vinyl soffits under overhangs on lower and upper front of building. o Install 3' wainscot around perimeter of entire building. o All trim pieces must be made from metal. o Siding panels, wainscot, gutters, downspouts, and trim must match existing maintenance building on site. o Siding color must be "Rough Cedar' or equivalent, all trim, wainscot, gutters, downspouts, and soffits must be "Sable Brown" or equivalent to match existing maintenance building. o Contractors will be responsible for the off-site removal of all rubbish generated from the execution of the work performed. o Restoration of any excessive damage to the property will be the sole responsibility of the contractor. o Include copies of standard warranty information with your bid, and extended warranty options if offered.
