The building will consist of one large two story Scenario space with two stairwells and associated scenario rooms. The structure will consist of masonry, structural steel with metal wall panels, concrete labs over metal decking, and metal roof trusses with metal decking and standing seam metal roofing. Site work that includes, but is not limited to, sediment controls, storm water management facilities, culverts, existing septic relocation, gravel paving, asphalt paving, concrete paving, curb and gutter, site lighting, underground utilities, landscaping, and reforestation.
